Terms of service
Last updated: October 6, 2026. These terms are between you and TINKERTOWN LLC (2028 E Ben White Blvd Ste 240-3218, Austin, TX 78741) for the AMBITIONS connector and the AMBITIONS practice inside it.
1. What AMBITIONS is
A free tool that helps you focus on your ambitions inside your own AI app. It keeps a record of what you save and gives your AI coaching guidance. It is not therapy, medical, financial or legal advice. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
What you save stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run AMBITIONS for you. We don't sell it, advertise with it, or train AI models on it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attacks, scraping, reverse engineering of security, automated abuse, or storing unlawful content.
5. AI apps
AMBITIONS works through third-party AI apps. Their output is theirs, not ours, and their terms apply to your use of them.
6. Free service, changes
The connector is free. We may change or stop features, and will give notice of material changes. Optional paid programs, if any, are sold only on buildambition.com under separate terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to US$100.
8. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
