Add https://mcp.buildambition.com/mcp as a custom connector in your AI app. Step-by-step instructions for Claude are on the home page. ChatGPT coming soon. You'll sign in and approve the connection once.

Common questions

Does it read my chats? No. Your AI only sends the specific item it's saving, after you ask or agree.

Does it cost anything? No. Everything in the connector is free and runs on your own AI subscription.

Where's the audio from? The background track is a static 6 Hz binaural tone file we generated with a simple script. It is not AI-generated, and AMBITIONS never generates audio.

How do I delete my data? Tell your AI "delete my AMBITIONS data" (it asks you to confirm), or email us.

How do I disconnect? Remove the connector in your AI app's settings. Sign-in tokens also expire on their own.
