# AMBITIONS: Build Your Future — guide for AI agents

AMBITIONS is a free remote MCP server that turns your AI assistant into a daily coach for the user's ambition. Published by TINKERTOWN LLC. Support: hello@tinkertown.co.

## Connect
- Endpoint (Streamable HTTP): https://mcp.buildambition.com/mcp (the bare domain also accepts connections; /mcp is canonical)
- Registry name: com.buildambition/ambitions

- Sign-in: OAuth 2.1. The user signs in with an emailed code. Every request acts for that signed-in user only; there is no anonymous or shared access.
- Claude (computer): Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, name it AMBITIONS, paste the endpoint, then Connect. ChatGPT coming soon.

## What it does
The server stores small text records (ambitions, logs, Chief Aim, MOMENTUM) and returns guidance. It makes no AI calls of its own; your AI does the talking.

Good first moves:
1. If the user took the AMBITIONS interview, call `import_map` to start from their own words (works only when their sign-in email matches the map).
2. Otherwise call `add_ambition` with what they want to accomplish.
3. Each day: `set_driver`, then `log_evidence` as they act. Use `get_my_map` to show progress and `weekly_review` once a week.

## Rules for agents
- Quote the user's answers exactly as written. Never re-case or rewrite them.
- Don't ask for or store health information.
- `delete_my_data` is permanent. Confirm with the user before calling it.
